The exterior of the bags are made with durable 600 denier water-resistant polyester. The material is strong and durable, yet flexible.

The inner lining is made from 70 denier polyester taffeta with ripstop reinforcement and coated with a double layer of polyurethane. It is water-resistant, moisture-resistant and antimicrobial. 

The snap clips are antique brass nickel-plated and won't rust or corrode.

All sales are final. Because of the nature of the bag's function, we are not able to re-sell the bag once its been returned. This policy protects all our customers. Further, the WoofPack is designed to be durable, functional and attractive. However, if the bag is damaged during shipment causing it to be non-functional, we are happy to replace it. Your bag is made under strict standards so it should arrive in excellent condition and stay that way with normal use.

It is recommended that WoofPack be wiped clean with a warm cloth using mild detergent if desired and allowed to air dry. Because of the hardware, it isn't recommended the Pack be put into the washing machine.

Yes, the strap measures 40" at its fullest length and can be easily adjusted so the bag can be worn:

1. Cross-body
2. Over-the-shoulder
3. Around the waist
4. The strap can also be removed to allow the snap to be worn through a belt loop at the hip or attached to a large dog's harness

The WoofPack comes with a strap measuring 40" at its fullest length. This length seems to work well for most people and also enables those who wish to wear the Pack around the waste to comfortably do so. We also offer the strap in a longer length of 45". 

WoofPack measures 9 inches in length and 9 inches in width. Compact enough to be portable, yet big enough to carry all your essentials.

Bag the doggy waste like you normally would, tie off the bag and simply insert bag into the middle, inner compartment. The antimicrobial lining helps to decrease odor from bagged waste. On very warm days, we suggest double-bagging the waste. The Velcro strip allows for quick, easy opening and closing of the compartment. At first, the Velcro may hold strong and be slightly difficult to open, but will relax with regular use. It is suggested you leave pockets open for quicker access to items as needed but it is highly recommended fastening the Velcro on the inner compartment once bagged dog waste is stored.

If you have a canister of doggy poop bags, you can clip it to the “D” ring under the flap. Or, you can put plastic bags in any of the pockets for easy removal. Note: you can also clip your keys or even your collapsible water dish to the "D" ring if preferred.

You easily store up to 3 - 5 filled doggy waste bags (depending on size of waste) in the inner compartment.

Yes, the Velcro will relax over time, especially if it is opened and closed regularly. We recommend you not fasten the Velcro if you need to access contents of the pockets quickly.

Yes, we have shipped the WoofPack to Canada and the UK and can ship to other countries including Australia, Austria, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, the Netherlands, Ireland, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, Sweden. We would advise you consider your customs duty tax and other applicable costs (such as conversion rates) before ordering and select the least expensive shipping method when placing your order.
